Data via the website (www.monvy.com):We collect data about your website visit, including the use of cookies. Data when creating an account:If you create an account on any of MONVY's application environments(https://app.monvy.com/register, https://app.monvy.com/login and https://app.monvy.com/onboarding), we collect login data (username and password), personal details, address data, e-mail address, telephone number and data about your website visits (including cookies). We use this information for identification purposes and to contact you to perform our services. We may also use contact data to inform you about developments and products via newsletters.

Data of debtors of customers of MONVY:For the performance of our services, we process data of debtors of our customers, including personal details, address information, e-mail address, telephone number, payment behavior and communication between debtors and customers of MONVY.

On website visits:We analyze statistics of website visits. We have set up analytical software according to the instructions of the Personal Data Authority to protect your privacy. We use the service Leadinfo from Rotterdam, which displays company names and addresses based on IP addresses of our visitors. The IP address is not recorded in this process.

Cookies

We use several types of cookies, including:
